Shipping/Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing & Payment
All orders will be processed only after successful payment clearance through the payment gateway selected at checkout (e.g. credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc.).
If payment fails or is declined, your order will remain in “Pending” status until resolved. We may reach out to you for alternate payment methods.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via courier services appointed by Salooka / G & S Creatives, or other trusted logistics partners.
The shipping method for your order will be chosen based on the destination, weight, and dimensions.
Standard packaging is used unless you opt for special/express packaging at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges & Taxes
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination, package size, and weight.
You may also see “incl. shipping” offers (i.e., free shipping) for some products if a promotion applies.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery timelines given at checkout or on our site are estimates only, and may vary due to:
Weather conditions
Natural calamities or unforeseen events
Traffic, strikes, or courier delays
Holidays or logistic disruptions
Domestic Shipping (within India):
Domestic (within your country) delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, unless otherwise specified.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship internationally. All orders are only delivered within India.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
In the event that your package is damaged in transit, lost, or delayed, please notify us within 7 days of actual / expected delivery date. Include photographs if damaged.
After we receive your claim, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or reshipment, as appropriate).
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. customs hold-ups, force majeure, postal strikes).
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate (house no., street, area, pin code, contact number).
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer-provided error, any additional shipping or return costs will be borne by the customer.
Changes to shipping address after order placement may not always be possible. If accepted, extra costs or delays may apply.
7. Pre‑orders and Custom orders
For pre‑order or Custom items, the stated lead time is in addition to shipping time; dispatch occurs once production completes. Partial shipments may be used so available items are not delayed by longer lead items, and any split‑shipping will be communicated proactively.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number / courier details via email / SMS.
You can check the status of your shipment using the courier’s tracking portal.
9. Cancellation & Refunds (Shipping-related)
If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will refund the full amount via the same payment method (through the payment gateway).
If cancellation is requested after dispatch, you may have to bear return shipping costs (if applicable).
Refunds due to shipping issues (loss, damage) will be processed after investigation, typically within 7–15 business days.
