Before shipping, each piece is checked by us and packed with love to reach your story and life. In view of the same, we highly appreciate you reaching out to us with any questions, doubts, or queries you may have before your purchase so we may help you shop with ease and confidence. However, in case of human error, we are here to help and assist you after sales if the need arises.

In case of damage, we are happy to repair, replace, or give you a store credit valid for 6 months from purchase equivalent to the price of the product. Requests for the same must be made within 7 days of delivery. We accept the return/replacement request with the belief that the article is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
